Our Physiotherapists are highly trained and qualified, and committed to restoring you to full function. Both Simon and Malcolm have a particular focus on correct diagnosis, and hands on manual based therapy to get results faster. They are also keen sportsmen and are invloved personally and professionally in many sports.
Simon Noton BHSc PT MNZSP Dip MT Mas West Acup
Simon completed his physiotherapy degree in 2001 and begain working at Panmure Physiotherapy as an Associate of Paul Wilson in 2002. In 2006 he bought the practise and recently changed it's name to OnForm Physiotherapy. He has since completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, and Masters Degree in Physiotherapy and Western Acupuncture to further enhance his skills in the area of assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions. Simon and his wife Rebecca have two children, Lucia and Hugo.
Simon has a keen interest in sports medicine with further development of postural analysis an important aspect in the rehabilitation of postural correction.
Simon has a strong manual therapy 'hands on bias' and utilizes acupuncture and exercise prescription in the prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries.

Malcolm Ash BHSc.Physio MNZSP
Malcolm joined our team after graduating from AUT in 2008. He has been based solely in private practice work since graduating. He is a sports physiotherapy specialist however also has vast experience with workplace, domestic and chronic injuries. He has as strong hands on physiotherapy bias of deep tissue release and joint manipulation/mobilisation techniques.
He enjoys formulating programmes to prevent reoccurrence of injury post rehabilitation through a combination of strengthening, stretching and biomechanical/postural correction. He places importance on working with you to make your rehab a fun and interactive process. He has also been involved with research and developing the profession with published work in an international physiotherapy journal and was awarded the 2009 Asics/Health research council prize for his contribution to the physiotherapy knowledge base.
Malcolm is currently completing his post graduate studies in musculoskeletal physiotherapy to further increase his knowledge base and skill set and has a real passion for doing all he can work with you to achieve your goals.
Outside of the clinic Malcolm has competed in athletics to a national level as well as an extensive rugby career. He also enjoys snowboarding and outdoor adventure activities. We have been very impressed with the work ethic, knowledge and skill base of this young physio and are looking forward to watching his career flourish.
