Is there a surcharge?

As of November '09 ACC is now only subsidising 2/3 of your treatment cost. There is therfore a small surcharge ($21 for the initial assessment, $16 for follow up appointments). We do however appreciate our clients and offer a loyalty card which you will have stamped at each visit.

What if it's not an ACC injury?

We are more than happy to treat private patients. Please contact our reception for futhur information on prices. This may include chronic or overuse type injuries or pre/post operation rehabilitation.

What is needed to be covered by ACC and what if ACC doesn't accept my claim?
