On Neck pain... "When I first came to OnForm Physio I was having weekly splitting headaches where it felt like my neck and head were wound so tightly they would expload. I put up with it for far too long and bascially let it get too a point where multiple days every week (and what was often the weekend!) and I was relying on pain killlers. It turned out that it was postural related and after a course of treatment, training on daily easy exercises I could do and advice on changing my work station the problem resolved itself quite quickly. I couldn't believe it, but I have to thank Simon for his quick and accurate diagnosis, and encouragement with exercises.
